  1. Will personal training help me lose weight?

Anyone can see results if they follow a personalised nutrition and fitness plan. The coaching is 100% customised to you and engaging in regular and consistent personal training sessions can definitely set you on the right track.

2. How many group classes should I attend per week?

If you are a beginner who hasn’t exercised before or in a while we recommend 2-3 a week. This is to allow your body to get use to something new.

For more experienced people in the gym we recommend 3-5.

3. How do I get started with Personal Training?

As a first step, please contact us to book in a consultation here. We will get back to you as soon as possible to see how we can be best fit.
