DIAMOND STRENGTH

  • It is what it is! Pure STRENGTH. This workout will have you pushing your limits as the tension gets higher and the weight gets heavier.

ELEVATE PILATES

  • Our signature class involving a combo of the mat and wunda chair.

SHRED

  • This class will test your limits in both strength and conditioning. Split into two circuits so you get the best of both worlds.

POWER PILATES

  • Test your strength in this class with the use of props, dumbbells and a sprinkle of high intensity.

HYBRID HURRICANE

  • You are in for a ride with this one. Lean out with a variety of aerobic and anaerobic exercises that is given for a specified time which has you working against the clock.

PRE & POST NATAL

  • Designed specifically for you, focus on deep core activation, as well as strengthening and stabilising exercises that help to support every state of pregnancy setting you up for a supported labour or postpartum recovery.

SCULPT

  • Crowd favourite. Working on core and toning your body. Feel the burn and get those peachy gains.

FLOW FUSION

  • Slowing it down our flow class is lower intensity designed to tone your body and improve flexibility, endurance and coordination.

What makes our classes different?

Elevate is all about small group training. What is small group training? It is group fitness on a smaller scale of around 4-10 people. This allows us to provide greater individualised attention and higher quality training than you would achieve in large group fitness. We are coaches who get to know YOU. Maximising both experience and results yielding REAL transformations.

We make it OUR goal to reach YOUR goals and promote a safe intimate environment where you can thrive and push your boundaries. We cater to all fitness levels through regression and progression of exercises.

Our group training programs ensure you will see the results you desire as they run on 10-12 week programs, created by your coach!
